Reverend Bobby Hill, Jr. received his education through the Henderson County School System and at Gardner Webb and Mars Hill Colleges where he received Licenses & Certificates in Church Administration, Humanities, and the Old and New Testament.
Reverend Hill is married to Ilien Patterson Hill and they have three (3) children and eleven (11) grandchildren.
Reverend Hill is not only a preacher, but also teaches from the Word of God. He conducts Bible Study during Prayer Meeting on Wednesday evenings; and, is involved in all functions within the church. Pastor Hill is a retired Transfer Operator at General Electric Lighting Systems in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
Reverend Hill has been Pastor of the Mills Chapel Baptist Church in Black Mountain, North Carolina for the past twenty-five (25) years—one of those being interim pastor. He preaches the Gospel every Sunday and on other occasions when called to do so. Reverend Hill is a Child of God and he gives all praises to God for what He has done in his life.
CHURCH SECRETARY/CLERK

Sister Cora Stafford has served as Church Secretary for over 30 years, and Church Clerk for approximately 10 years. Sister Cora has the responsibility for all secretarial duties, keeping a record of all funds received and dispersed, keeping a calendar of events/engagements and reporting to the Pastor and/or other Church Leaders. All official communications to and from the church is also the responsibility of Sister Cora. As Church Clerk, Sister Cora is responsible for keeping minutes of Business Meetings and kept on file at the Church for future reference.
